We got him from a kill shelter in Riverside California, was told he was sweet and lovable. He’s great with me and my adult kids but doesn’t get along with my wife. He’s gone after her several times and actually bit her yesterday. He’s been in training with me since we got him and knows basic commands and is getting much better on a leash, loose at my left side. He is reactive towards cars, although we’ve been working on that too and it’s getting better. He’s good with people but doesn’t care for them reaching for him and may snap at them if they do. He’s great with other dogs, no signs of aggression at all. He needs a house without small children (haven’t had an issue but I don’t think he’d do well with them). Doesn’t seem to care for cats but I’m not sure about that. Really sweet and lovable but can be mouthy. Extremely smart and is very easy to train, although when we got him he didn’t appear to have had any before.
