Luna

Luna is a 1 year old doxie/min pin mix. She is a dog that will need an experienced and patient owner. She was not socialized as a puppy and has an attitude and will try to bite when she is scared and new people. It took about 2 months for her to settle in with her new foster. She is doing relatively well now, but it did take a lot of work to get to this point. Luna is pretty sweet once she feels safe and comfortable. She would need to be in a home with a fenced in yard. She does like most other dogs. Cats don’t seem to bother her. No children though. She is completely vetted and microchipped. We consider Luna a “project dog.” She’s a dog that someone with a lot of time and patience needs to adopt. She will come around and love you to death but she needs to be give that chance and you need to be prepared to deal with her being bitey at first. If that is something you can handle, you will be a match made in heaven.
