Helping Hearts & Healing Tails Animal Rescue is a foster rescue based in the Ligonier Valley area of Pennsylvania. We are a no kill rescue dedicated to saving animals of any breed. We most often take in the area's "throwaway animals", the homeless, abandoned, abused, and sick ones, but if there is space, we will bring in animals from other kill shelters. We also take surrenders when there is room. When we are full, we will do our best to help families re-home their pets via networking. All of our animals receive a full veterinary checkup, vaccinations, lyme and heartworm testing, spaying/neutering, and are microchipped.
