Oscar the weiner dog came to us from one of our shelter partners. He was take him to the shelter after he was found wandering around all by himself in a rural area. Oscar is about 8 years old, neutered, seems to be housebroken, and is crate trained. He is very sweet and gets along with other animals. He has some skin issues that we are currently dealing with and he will need a dental. He will be available for adoption soon. We are accepting applications for preapproval.
