Uilani was found almost completely hairless and with a major skin infection all over her body. It took months of medicated baths, allergy meds, steroids, onsies, patience, and love to her get through that and have her skin heal and hair grow back. It has all returned, however Uilani does still have skin allergies. She must remain on both oral allergy medications (1 daily) and allergy injections (1 injection a month) plus she gets a medicated bath once every two weeks. She is the sweetest little girl so even though that may sound a bit intimidating, it’s really not. She is very used to her routine and causes no problems taking her medications or getting bathed. Uilani has an amazing and unique personality. She loves people, car rides, and going for long walks. She doesn’t seem to mind cats but is selective with dogs. She generally only tolerated calm or indifferent dogs. We hope some one will give this precious girl a chance. She is so deserving of it!
